<aside> 📄 Customers will be told up front if their specific order will receive WIPs up front or not. If a custom / reference order receives WIPs - you will receive up to 5. Any WIP requests past that will incur a fee. Make sure to communicate changes you want.

<aside> 📝 Buyer receives personal rights to a purchased design. Designs are not to be used for commercial uses. contact use for commercial use info. Commercial use includes turning a design into merch, monetized vtubers, etc. If caught doing so without purchasing a commercial license from us, legal action will be taken.

<aside> ❗ If your order is a mystery custom - the design will be just that: a mystery. This means that you as the buyer have no say in the final design outside of traits listed as able to be chosen in the listing.

<aside> 🖼️ If your are commissioning a reference sheet, you need to have some form of flat color visual image of the character. We will not work from descriptions outside of specific case by case basis. We also do not work from 3D model pictures. Please do not send second life screenshots.
